tucanos and pytucanos

Tucanos is a 2D and 3D anisotropic mesh adaptation library based on Four-Dimensional Anisotropic Mesh Adaptation for Spacetime Numerical Simulations by Philip Claude Caplan.

Pytucanos is the python wrapper and it can be found here.
